The Women’s Institute is a National Organisation which celebrated its centenary in 2015.  The Datchworth branch was formed in 1927. 2022 is therefore, our 95th Anniversary which was celebrated with cake and wine at our AGM on 10th May.  It is a very friendly WI.  Our current membership is around 40  and we welcome new members.  Anyone in the village is welcome to come along as a visitor for at least 2 meetings before deciding to become a full member.

If anyone thinking of joining our WI would like to participate in any of the meetings,  please contact Shirley Ashby on peteandshirl1@talktalk.net .
