Due to the present pandemic all Red Cross fund raising activities have been cancelled for at least twelve weeks.  This will include the door to door collections in Datchworth during Red Cross Week, their Spring Fair and some Open Gardens.

This means that much of the funds raised for our local Red Cross will be much reduced and have an effect on the work they can do in Hertfordshire during the coming year.

Should you wish to help the local Red Cross, contributions can be sent to https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/hertfordshireredcross or drop money in the boxes held at the village shop, the Tilbury, The Plough and the Horns all of which goes to the local Red Cross
